How does the coaching work?
We offer three coaching pathways based on the number of sessions you choose — 3, 6, or 10 sessions.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom at a scheduled time agreed upon by the coach, student, and parent. This ensures flexibility while maintaining structure and accountability.
We also periodically offer small group cohorts as an entry option. Families may later upgrade to one-on-one coaching with a S.P.A.R.K.-trained coach for more personalized support.
